Cambodia Free & Easy  - Overland

Day 1: Pick up from your arrival point (airport, bus station, ferry dock) and transfer to Ta Som Guesthouse.

Upon check-in, welcome drink and tropical fruit basket in your a/c room.

Remainder of the day at leisure. Stroll around Siem Reap's old market (we offer free transfer to old market by Remork, every day until 10 pm) or go to have a first glimpse of fascinating World Heritage Site Angkor.

Overnight in Ta Som Guesthouse in a/c room.

Day 2: Discover Angkor by Remork

Your driver and the Remork are at your disposal from sunrise to sunset. The costs for Remork use are already included in the package price.

Just tell your driver which temples you want to see and he will be your companion for this discovery day.

After the tour, you might wish a revitalizing traditional Khmer massage (excluded).

Day 3: At leisure in Angkor

This day is at leisure in Angkor. Some ideas of things to do: Rent a bike (for only 1 USD per day) and visit more temples with your guidebook or choose among our interesting daytours for great value, such as Floating Village Kampong Phhluk, Bird Sanctuary Preak Toal or our Angkor Beyond tour which includes the stunning Beng Mealea Temple, providing a guaranteed Indian Jones Feeling.

To end your Angkor experiences, you shoudn't miss a traditional Apsara Dance Show with buffet dinner (excluded).

Day 4: Overland trip from Siem Reap to the capital Phnom Penh

Transfer to the bus station. Enjoy your overlandtrip of 314 km (about 5 hours) through interesting cultural landscapes with rice paddies, traditional stilt villages, water buffaloes and sugar palms. You are free to choose your bus departure time in Siem Reap:

6:30, 7:00, 7:30, 8:30, 9:30, 11:00, 12:30, 1:30, 2:30, 3:45, 6:00 PM

Overnight in Capitol Guesthouse or brandnew Kim Guesthouse in Phnom Penh in a/c rooms.

Day 5: At leisure in Phnom Penh

After breakfast, the whole day is at leisure for sightseeing in Phnom Penh. Don't miss the National Museum with the worldwide largest collection of Khmer art masterpieces, the Royal Palace and the Silver Pagoda. Why not take a traditional cyclo and drive to the colourful central market. A visit of Tuol Sleng Museum (for genocide) presents this cruel part of Cambodia's history.

Overnight in Capitol Guesthouse or Kim Guesthouse in Phnom Penh in a/c rooms.

Day 6: Bye Bye Phnom Penh!

After breakfast, transfer to your departure point for your onward travel. End of services.

What's about a beach break at the white sandy beaches in Sihanoukville with unspoiled tropical islands or a beach break in Kep, famous for its excellent seafood?
